Guest Responsibility And Rules:


Waiver Requirement: All guests entering FunPark trampoline courts must have a completed and signed waiver. This applies to both adults and individuals under the age of 18.


Minors’ Waivers: For guests under the age of 18, the waiver must be completed and signed by their parent, legal guardian, or an individual with power of attorney. It is the responsibility of the adult accompanying a minor to ensure the waiver is properly filled out and signed.


Compliance with Rules: Guests are expected to comply with all the rules and regulations set forth by FunPark. These rules are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors. It is important to review and understand the rules before entering the trampoline courts.


Supervision: Parents, legal guardians, or responsible adults should supervise children and minors. To actively supervise children in the Trampoline area, adults are required to obtain wristbands and wear grip socks. These wristbands and socks may serve as identification and safety measures. Parents should ensure that children under their supervision follow all safety guidelines, rules, and age restrictions within FunPark.


Safety Guidelines: Guests should follow all safety guidelines provided by FunPark staff. This includes wearing appropriate clothing and footwear, avoiding risky behavior, and using trampolines and other facilities in a safe and responsible manner.


Respect for Others: Guests should respect the rights and well-being of others. This includes refraining from engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior that may negatively impact the experience of other visitors.


Equipment Usage: Guests should use the trampolines and other equipment as intended and not modify or misuse them in any way that could pose a risk to themselves or others.


Reporting Concerns: If guests notice any potential hazards, or malfunctions, or have any concerns regarding safety, it is important to inform FunPark staff promptly.


Personal Belongings: FunPark is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests should take necessary precautions to secure their belongings or use lockers. However, it’s important to note that FunPark does not provide locks for the lockers, so guests should bring their own locks to ensure the security of their belongings.


Intoxication and Drugs: FunPark strictly prohibits the consumption of alcohol and drugs on its premises. Guests are expected to enter the facility in a sober state and refrain from any behavior that may compromise their safety or the safety of others.


Court Rules at FunPark:


Be Aware of Others: Always be aware of those around you and jump with people of similar age and size. It is your responsibility to avoid colliding with others.


Walking On and Off the Courts: Walk onto and off the trampoline courts to ensure safety and prevent accidents.


Wear Jump Socks: Jump socks must be worn at all times while on the trampolines to prevent slipping and reduce the risk of injury. Anyone who is going on the trampolines either to jump or to supervise or to roam around their kids, they have to have a valid wristband and jump socks. If you already have suitable jump socks, feel free to bring and wear them during your visit. If you don’t have jump socks, don’t worry! We offer jump socks for purchase at our facility. The price for a pair of jump socks is $3.75


Follow Instructions: Jumpers and accompanying adults must follow all park rules and instructions provided by the Court Monitors at all times.


Empty Pockets: Before jumping, ensure that your pockets are completely empty. Remove any loose items, such as keys, phones, wallets, sharp objects, or any other objects that could pose a hazard to yourself or others.


Assume Responsibility: Jumpers and accompanying adults assume full responsibility for their actions and conduct while at FunPark.


Foam Pit Safety: When jumping into the Foam Pit, jump feet first and keep your knees apart to ensure a safe landing.


Jump in Control: Maintain control of your jumps and avoid reckless behavior that may cause accidents or injury.


Food and Drink Policy: To maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, the policy at Fun Park Amusement Center specifies that food and drinks are not allowed in the court area. This policy aims to ensure a clean and safe environment for all participants and prevent potential hazards or accidents.


Stop Bouncing: Bend your knees to stop your bounce and avoid colliding with other jumpers or the trampoline walls.


Center Jumping: Bounce in the center of the trampoline to maintain balance and reduce the risk of bouncing off the trampoline surface.


Master the Fundamentals: Master the fundamental skills of single trampoline jumping before attempting more advanced maneuvers such as trampoline-to-trampoline jumping or aerial skills.


Prohibited Actions:


Attempting Somersault: Do not land on your head or neck, double bounce or affect another jumper’s bounce, perform double flips or gainers, or jump if you have health limitations, are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if you are pregnant.


No Objects in Your Mouth: Do not have any food, gum, candies, or any objects in your mouth while jumping.


Resting: Do not sit or lie down on the court. If you are tired and need a rest, exit the trampoline court area or you can use couches.


No Horseplay: Avoid pushing, tackling, running, or engaging in any form of horseplay while on the trampolines.


Avoid Netting and Top Pads: Do not touch or hang on the perimeter netting or top pads of the trampolines.


Basketball Hoops: Do not hang on the basketball hoops or use them in any other way than intended.


Pre-existing Conditions: Do not jump on the trampolines if you have a pre-existing condition or injury. Women who are pregnant should not participate in jumping.


By adhering to these Court Rules, you can ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for yourself and others at FunPark.
